Order £2.5K on an order to attain bulk prices, or wait until orders reach this total and dispatch together to receive bulk pricing.
Free delivery on orders over £750. Orders may be held until this amount is reached and dispatched together, otherwise a delivery charge of £100 + VAT will apply.
Delivery dates are estimated and provided in good faith; however, we are not liable for any delays.
We reserve the right to alter designs, materials, and prices. Due notice will be given where applicable.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorisation.
Any damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Any discrepancies must be reported immediately and no later than 24 working hours (Monday–Friday).
Only properly packaged returns will be accepted.
If deliveries are refused, the retailer will be responsible for all additional outbound and inbound costs. Cancellations will not be accepted unless received and acknowledged by our service team prior to shipment loading.
Only confirmed orders will be delivered.
All goods remain our property and no rights may pass to third parties until payment has been received in full.
If an account is overdue for payment, we reserve the right to cancel or suspend any undelivered part of this or any other orders.
Claims regarding alleged faulty goods shall not constitute grounds for withholding payment.
The buyer shall make payments for the goods as invoiced and in accordance with the agreed terms.
If full payment is not received by the due date, interest may be charged on the outstanding balance at a rate of 1% per month above the Lloyds Bank minimum lending rate, compounded monthly until payment is made in full.
